Great First Aid at Work training by Iain. My colleagues and I spent 3 days at the centre, based at the Underfall Yard in Bristol. Iain was extremely friendly, patient and detailed with his training which is all scenario based. We had a good time and all left feeling more confident to administer first aid.
The structure and presentation were first class… the instructor was really great. A very enjoyable course (I wish my other courses were this good!)
I definitely feel more capable of dealing with first aid situations at work and in public because of this course.
